Each PRSU represented the right to receive, upon vesting, one common share of beneficial interest of Americold Realty Trust ("Common Shares"). The number of Common Shares acquired upon vesting was contingent upon the Company's absolute total shareholder return calculated per the PRSU award agreement over the period from the Company's initial public offering on January 18, 2018 through December 31, 2020, as approved by the Company's Compensation Committee.
