As of December 31, 2019 and 2018, the Company had capitalized software costs, net of $1.2 million and $1.0 million, respectively, which are included in “Other assets” on the balance sheet.

Depreciation and amortization expense was $1.1 million, $0.9 million, and $0.6 million for the years ended December 31, 2019, 2018, and 2017, respectively.
