On March 12, 2020, The Providence Service Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a program to repurchase common stock, par value $0.001 per share with an aggregate value of up to $75 million through December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
