Commitments and Contingencies

. Convertible preferred stock dividends earned by the Standby Purchasers during the three and six months ended June 30, 2016 totaled $1,047 and $2,095, respectively. Convertible preferred stock dividends earned by the Standby Purchasers during the three and six months ended June 30, 2015 totaled $1,050 and $1,616, respectively.
