This Amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K of Crown Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 3, 2009 is filed solely for purposes of correcting the item references in the Current Report covering the announcement of the Company's financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2008. Exhibit 99 to this Amendment does not amend the information provided in Exhibit 99 to the original Current Report.
