Explanation of Responses:
1. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock, par value $0.001, when vested. This transaction represents the settlement of RSUs in shares of Common Stock on their scheduled vesting date.
2. The securities are owned directly by ARCH Venture Fund VII, L.P. ("ARCH Fund VII"). The sole general partner of ARCH Fund VII is ARCH Venture Partners VII, L.P. ("ARCH Partners VII"), which may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities held by ARCH Fund VII. The sole general partner of ARCH Partners VII is ARCH Venture Partners VII, LLC ("ARCH VII LLC"), which may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities held by ARCH Fund VII. The reporting person is a managing director of ARCH VII LLC, and may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by ARCH Fund VII. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
3. The RSUs became fully vested on June 12, 2024, the day prior to the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of 908 Devices Inc. The RSUs have no expiration date.
4. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock, par value $0.001, when vested.
5. The RSUs become fully vested on June 13, 2025 or the day prior to the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of 908 Devices Inc., whichever occurs first, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date, provided that, if the reporting person terminates their service for any reason, then a prorated number of RSUs will vest. The RSUs have no expiration date.
6. The shares underlying the option become vested and exercisable in substantially equal monthly installments over the 12 months following June 13, 2024, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date.
