Regulation FD

Albert Benchimol, Chief Executive Officer, and Peter Vogt, Chief Financial Officer, of AXIS Capital Holdings Limited, a Bermuda company (the “Company”), are scheduled to participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2022 Insurance Conference, which will be held virtually, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.

Additionally, representatives of the Company will commence meetings with various investors on February 16, 2022.
