Approval of Change in Base Salary

On September 11, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Connecture, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in the base salary of Mark E. Granville, the Company’s Senior Vice President and General Manager, InsureAdvantage, to $290,000. The salary increase is effective as of September 1, 2015.
