Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On November 30, 2004, First Advantage Corporation (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Rick Mansfield as senior vice president and chief marketing officer of the Company.

Mr. Mansfield most recently served as chief marketing officer for Catalina Marketing Corporation (NYSE: POS), a marketing services organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla. Prior to his tenure at Catalina, Mr. Mansfield was employed in senior level marketing positions for the Quaker Oats Company in Chicago, Ill.

A press release announcing the appointment and further describing Mr. Mansfield’s business experience is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this current report.
