Performing Brands, Inc., formerly known as Boo Koo Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") today announced that NASDAQ OMX notified the Company that effective upon the open of business on August 19, 2008 shares of the Company's common stock will be listed under the ticker symbol "PFOB".
