En2Go International, Inc. cannot timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended November 30, 2009 due to reasons that could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense due to continued review needed to finalize the November 30, 2009 interim financial statements and Form 10-Q.
