Fair Value of Financial Instruments	Note 5 - Fair Value of Financial Instruments The carrying amounts of cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accrued expenses approximate fair value due to the short-term maturity of these instruments. The carrying value of the investment in lease, net, approximates fair value as of June 30, 2017.
