Tenaris Announces End of Silcotub Negotiations

     LUXEMBOURG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2004--Tenaris S.A. (NYSE:TS) (Buenos
Aires:TS) (BMV:TS) (MTA Italy:TEN), further to its press releases of March 19
and 24, 2004, in which it announced that it had signed a letter of intent
relating to S.C. Silcotub Zalau, announces that negotiations aimed at acquiring
a controlling interest in such company have ceased unsuccessfully.
