On January 24, 2005, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced its earnings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2004. The Company will host a conference call on January 24, 2005 at 7:00 a.m. EST that will utilize a slide presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
