On October 25, 2004, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced its earnings for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. The Company will host a conference call on
October 25, 2004 that will utilize a slide presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
