        On February 13, 2004, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release that Mark Schaffer has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company also announced the resignation of Kenneth A. Barnett, formerly a Director of the Company.
