On June 30, 2005, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), (NASDAQ: “CCBI”), announced that it will release its earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2005, before the market opens on Monday, July 25, 2005. At 7:00 a.m. PDT the same day, Stephen H. Gordon, Chairman and CEO, David S. DePillo, Vice Chairman, President and COO, and Christopher G. Hagerty, EVP and CFO, will host a discussion of the Company’s second quarter 2005 performance.

The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
