Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Quarterly Distribution. On July 20, 2017, the Partnership declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.50 per common unit for the second quarter of 2017, or $2.00 per common unit on an annualized basis, which will be paid on August 14, 2017 to unitholders of record as of August 7, 2017.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
