Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 3, 2014, Wesley M. Skelton announced his retirement as Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Martin Midstream GP LLC, the general partner of Martin Midstream Partners L.P after 33 years of service with the general partner. As part of a planned retirement transition, Mr. Skelton will provide ongoing transition services after July 8, 2014, the effective date of his retirement.
