     On December 3, 2008, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Ruben Martin, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership’s general partner, will make a presentation at the 7th Annual Wachovia Pipeline & MLP Symposium to be held on December 9-10, 2008 at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York City.

     A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
