News Release - June 10, 2011

New Trading Symbol  for Tanzanian Royalty

to become Effective Monday June 13, 2011.

The Company wishes to announce that its new trading symbol on the NYSE-Amex will now become effective June 13, 2011, two days earlier than previously announced.

The decision to change the Company’s symbol on the NYSE-Amex from TRE to TRX was done to avoid confusion with Sino-Forest Corp. whose shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange also trade under the symbol TRE.
