Ecology Coatings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), is filing this Amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K to amend the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, (the “SEC”), on August 29, 2008, to correct a typographical error in Exhibit 10.47.
