Regulation FD Disclosure |
On January 5, 2015, Bill Barrett Corporation (the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing management plans to participate in the following upcoming investor events. The Company will post an updated investor presentation on the homepage of the Company’s website at
www.billbarrettcorp.com at 5:00 p.m. Mountain time on Tuesday, January 6, 2015.
Chief Executive Officer and President Scot Woodall
will participate on a panel at the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at 4:15 p.m. Eastern time. The event is not webcast.
Senior Vice President – Business Development Larry Parnell and Vice President – Investor Relations Jennifer Martin will participate
in the Global Hunter Securities Southern California Energy 1x1 Day on Wednesday, January 14, 2015. The event is not webcast.
