Employee Retirement Plan	Employee Retirement PlanThe Company has an employee retirement plan pursuant to Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. All employees are eligible to participate, provided they meet the requirements of this plan. The Company is not required to make matching contributions under the plan; however, in 2019, the Company began making matching contributions. The Company voluntarily contributed $0.2 million and $0.1 million to the plan for the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
