 Other Events

The Tube Music Network, Inc. (‘the TUBE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tube Media Corp, (TUBM”) announced that it has ceased national broadcasting of its TUBE music channel, October 1, 2007. The TUBM’s board of directors will meet to determine other strategic alternatives. However, there can be no assurances that alternatives can be obtained, and accordingly the future of the Company continuing as a going concern is in considerable jeopardy.
