SHL Telemedicine’s Chairman announced he is stepping down
 
Following the August 2, 2024 announcement, Mr. Alroy informed the Company that he is also departing from the Company’s Board of Directors.
 
Tel Aviv / Zurich / New York, August 26, 2024 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (NASDAQ: SHLT, SIX: SHLTN;) ("SHL" or the "Company"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, has announced today that Mr. Yariv Alroy, Chairman of SHL, has informed the Company that he will be stepping down as Chairman and resign from the Board of Directors effective as of today.

The process of the board search committee to identify an appropriate person to be appointed as Chairman is progressing.
