Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On August 28, 2019, the Company announced that it had hired Darin Carpenter as Executive Vice President and General Manager of cannabis operations. Mr. Carpenter signed the employment offer letter and was due to begin work on August 26, 2019, but repeatedly asked for delays in his starting date. After several weeks of repeated delays and no response from him, the Company withdrew the offer of employment.
