Item 5.03.
Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On December 1, 2023, the articles of incorporation of the registrant, previously named EnPro Industries, Inc., were amended to change the name of the registrant to Enpro Inc. (the “Company”). At such time, the bylaws of the Company were amended solely to reflect such change in the Company’s name.
