    BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2005--Medical Staffing
Network Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:MRN), a leading healthcare staffing
company and the largest provider of per diem nurse staffing services
in the nation, announced today that it is scheduled to make a
presentation on Wednesday, February 16, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern
Time at the UBS 2005 Global Healthcare Services Conference being held
February 14-16, 2005, at The Plaza in New York City, New York.
    Kevin Little, president and chief operating officer, and
