Anteon anticipates that General Dynamics will refile its pre-merger notification and report form on or about Wednesday, February 8, 2006. The refiling is a procedural step to provide the staff at the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice with additional time to review the information submitted by Anteon and General Dynamics. Anteon still anticipates that the transaction will close no later than the end of the second quarter of 2006.
