Item 5.07   Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 15, 2010, South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC held its 2010 annual meeting of members in Brookings, South Dakota. At the annual meeting, the members voted for the election of seven persons to serve on the board of managers. The following persons, each of whom was unopposed, were elected by a unanimous ballot:
