Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On June 6, 2007, the registrant entered into an amendment of its Master Loan Agreement with CoBank, ACB of Omaha, Nebraska. Under the amendment, the credit line on the revolving working capital loan is increased from $16 million to $23 million through the date of maturity (September 1, 2007). All other terms and conditions under the Master Loan Agreement and subsequent amendments remain the same. The primary purpose of the revolving working capital loan is to finance the registrant’s inventory and receivables. The amendment will be filed as an exhibit in the registrant’s next periodic report.
