Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure.

South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC’s Board of Managers recently approved a distribution to its members of $0.21 per unit or a total of $6.4 million.  A copy of a letter announcing the distribution is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
