(b) Effective November 9, 2007, director Frank Danner tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Northrim BanCorp, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Northrim Bank, to pursue other endeavors. Mr. Danner has served as a director of the Bank since 1990 and of the Company since it was formed.
