On July 20, 2011, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $200,519.64. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2011, payable on August 26, 2011.

South San Francisco, CA: July 20, 2011: FNB Bancorp (Bulletin Board FNBG.OB), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of six cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $200,519.64. The dividend is payable on August 26, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2011.
