On March 25, 2011, the registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $167,052.45. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of April 29, 2011, payable on May 13, 2011.

FNB Bancorp Declares Second Quarter Dividend 2011

South San Francisco, CA: March 25, 2011: FNB Bancorp (Bulletin Board FNBG.OB), the holding company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of five cents per share on the Company’s Common Stock totaling approximately $167,052.45. The dividend is payable on May 13, 2011 to shareholders of record as of April 29, 2011.
