We, the undersigned officers and directors of OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd., which is about to file a registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, under the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933, as amended, hereby severally constitute and appoint T. Michael Miller and Paul H.
