On March 7, 2023, Nageswaran Vaidyanathan, the Chief Technology Officer (the “CTO”) of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to resign, effective April 3, 2023. Mr. Vaidyanathan’s resignation is voluntary and is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
