Environmental Infrastructure Holdings Subsidiary Announces Completes Name and Stock Symbol Change

West Conshohocken, PA – January 27, 2010 – Environmental Infrastructure Holdings Corp. f/k/a Xiom Corp. (OTC BB:XMCP) announced today that it completed the process to change its name and trading symbol.  Effective today, the name of the Company is officially changed to Environmental Infrastructure Holdings Corp., with a trading symbol of “EIHC.”  The shares continue to be traded on the OTC Bulletin Board.

The Company recently changed its name from Xiom Corp. to more accurately represent its business activities as a diversified environmental manufacturing, engineering and services company.
