Amendment to Burcon’s Rights Offering Announcement
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Burcon NutraScience Corporation (TSX:BU) (NASDAQ:BUR) ("Burcon” or the “Company") announces an update to its press release of January 5, 2018 announcing a rights offering (the “Rights Offering”). The Company informs investors that the rights (the “Rights”) under the Rights Offering will be listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) beginning on January 15, 2018 under the symbol "BU.RT", not January 12, 2018 as previously announced. Trading in the Rights on the TSX will cease at 12:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on February 13, 2018.
