18. SEGMENT

The Company, through its bank subsidiary, provides a broad range of financial services to individuals and companies primarily in western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. These services include commercial lending, residential lending and consumer lending, checking, savings and time deposits, cash management, and wealth management. Substantially all of the Company’s revenues, profits, and assets are derived by the Bank from banking products and services. The Company did not have any reportable segments for the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 or 2020.
