Concentrations of Credit Risk	15. CONCENTRATIONS OF CREDIT RISK Most of our loans consist of residential and commercial real estate loans located in western Massachusetts. As of December 31, 2013 and 2012, our residential and commercial related real estate loans represented 78.3% and 78.4% of total loans, respectively. Our policy for collateral requires that the amount of the loan may not exceed 100% and 85% of the appraised value of the property for residential and commercial real estate, respectively, at the date the loan is granted. For residential loans, in cases where the loan exceeds 80%, private mortgage insurance is typically obtained for that portion of the loan in excess of 80% of the appraised value of the property.
