On October 19, 2010, Dijuana K. Lewis was terminated without cause from her position as the President and CEO, Comprehensive Health Solutions Business Unit and Executive Vice President of WellPoint, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Lewis will remain employed by the Company until the end of 2010 to assist in the transition of her duties.
