On July 9, 2009, Lars Boesgaard, the Vice President of Finance of Insulet Corporation (the “Company”), agreed to become the Company’s Senior Finance Advisor for the period beginning on July 15, 2009 and ending on or before July 15, 2010. As Senior Finance Advisor, Mr. Boesgaard will no longer be a member of the Company’s senior management team.
