On October 24, 2023, Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call regarding its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2023. As a result of technical issues experienced during the call, the webcast of the call was not audible at all times during the call. A copy of the transcript of the call is therefore furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. A replay of the call is available in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.asburyauto.com.
