DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS AND DIVESTITURES

During the year ended December 31, 2013, we sold one franchise (one dealership location) that was classified as discontinued operations. As of December 31, 2013, there were no franchises pending disposition. Operating expenses in the table below include rent and other expenses of idle facilities previously associated with businesses sold or closed prior to December 31, 2013.

The following tables provide further information regarding our discontinued operations as of December 31, 2013, and includes the results of businesses sold prior to December 31, 2013:
