NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES
NYSE Arca hereby notifies the SEC of its intention to remove the entire class of the stated securities from listing and registration on the Exchange at the opening of business on February 03, 2020, pursuant to the provisions of Rule 12d2-2 (a).

The reorganization of CSOP FTSE China A50 ETF and Pacer CSOP FTSE China A50 ETF became effective after the close on January 22, 2020. Shares of CSOP FTSE China A50 ETF were converted into shares equal in value to the net asset value as of the closing date of the reorganization of Pacer CSOP FTSE China A50 ETF.
The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on January 23, 2020.
