On January 18, 2019, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2018 after the market closes on January 29, 2019 and that it has scheduled a conference call on January 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Landmark Bancorp, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter 2018 Earnings
(Manhattan, KS, January 18, 2019) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2018 after the market closes on Tuesday, January 29, 2019. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 10:00 am (CT). Investors may listen to the Company’s earnings call via telephone by dialing (877) 510-0473. Investors are encouraged to call the dial-in number at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call.
