Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 11, 2018, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2018 after the market closes on May 2, 2018 and that it has scheduled a conference call on May 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Landmark Bancorp, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss First Quarter 2018 Earnings

(Manhattan, KS, April 11, 2018) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2018 after the market closes on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 10:00 am (CT). Investors may listen to the Company’s earnings call via telephone by dialing (877) 510-0473.
