SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In August 2023, the Company acquired approximately 494 net lease acres in and around its existing footprint in the D-J Basin through multiple transactions at total acquisition costs of $508,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
